RATE :

--- 750 euros THE WEEK ... ALL THE YEAR (from Sunday to Sunday ...)
EXCEPT on the dates specified below:

--- From JUNE 11 to JULY 02: 950 euros

--- From JULY 02 to AUGUST 27: 1100 euros

--- From AUGUST 27 to SEPTEMBER 10: 950 euros

INCLUDED: Beds made on arrival, towels, kitchen and table linen, beach towels ... etc.
OPTIONAL: end of stay cleaning (€ 60)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Each reservation must have written confirmation (by letter/email) accompanied by a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price.

You have to pay the balance:
        - or the day you arrive, by cheque or in cash
        -or 30 days before you arrive, by bank transfer

In the case of cancellation, both the deposit and the payment will be returned to you, as long as your chosen week(s) is booked by someone else.

MODES OF PAYMENT
Cheque, bank transfer, post.

We do not accept credit cards.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival should take place between 4pm and 6pm.

On the day of departure, please vacate the house by 10h30am, in order to give us time to prepare the rooms for the next guests.


CLEANING
We offer a cleaning service at the end of your stay, at the cost of 60 euros. Please just inform us in advance.

GUARANTEE
A deposit of 400 € is required.
You have to pay the guarantee:
        - or the day you arrive, by cheque or in cash
        -or 30 days before you arrive, by bank transfer

The house is NO SMOKING
and ANIMALS are not permitted.
